All full priced items may be returned for in store credit within 30 days of you receiving the item. Please contact us prior to shipping the items back to the store to ensure that they will be accepted on our end. Once receiving approval please package up your items and ship them to the store address (see below). When we receive your items a gift card will issued and sent to you via e-mail. You can use this gift card online or over the phone. It does not expire.

Before attempting a return, please ensure that all items appear to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and all original tags still attached. Spunky Steer reserves the right to deny returns due to any of these reasons.

No refunds on shipping. If you received free shipping, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund to pay for initial shipping costs.

Footwear must be returned in its original box and then placed inside another box or wrapped in paper. If the original footwear box is damaged and unsellable, no exchanges will be accepted.
